First create the list of files you want either in Excel or
Word as an example below:
1. Bank & Cash Balance
2. Daily Expenses Report
3. Purchase Report
4. Sales Report
The next step is to highlight a particular file type
Right Click à
Choose the option and click ‘Hyperlink’ à
a pop up window named ‘Insert Hyperlink’ will open
The hyperlink is created for that file. If you want to open the file, just place the cursor on the link and press the ‘Ctrl’ + click the link. The file will be opened.
