Superscript and Subscript are used whenever we want to show a character or set of characters either just above or below and next to another character. These are used in formulas especially Algebra or to show links. There is an option is available in Ms-Word to show superscript and subscript
If you want to show Superscript and Subscript in MS-Word Documents, just follow the steps:
- Suppose if you want to show Superscript, type 'x2'
- Highlight '2'
- Right Click and Select 'Font'
- Under 'Font Menu', you can see Effects, check 'Superscript'
- Click OK
It will look like 'x2'
- If you want to show Subscript, type 'x2'
- Highlight '2'
- Right Click and Select 'Font'
- Under 'Font Menu', you can see Effects, check 'Subscript'
- Click OK
It will look like 'x2'
