You
may have heard the news that Samsung is launching a Smartphone named, Samsung
Z. But this time it has developed the
phone with different Operating System called Tizen. Samsung has been making Smart phones based on
the Google owned Operating System Android.
Now they have come with a operating system Tizen.
Android
has been ruling more than 80% of smart mobile phones in the world. It is mainly because that first it is an open
source so developers can create many applications and make them salable.

Tizen
is an operating system based on Linux. It
is developed by mobile phone service providers’ and mobile phone manufacturers’
association called Tizen Association.
Fujitsu, Huawei, Intel, KL, LG, NTT Docomo, Orange, Samsung, SK Telecom
and Vodafone and the members of this association.
The
operating system can be used in Smart phones, Tablets and any other electronic
devices. According to the association,
Tizen uses only HTML5 which allows developers to develop applications based on
single code. It also supports web
applications.
